ARMY NEW RECRUITMENT RALLY AT ARMY HELIPAD GROUND, KARGIL 2021

 



Brief Information :


Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of Ladhakh (UT) districts namely 

Leh and Kargil from 24 Jun 2021 to 30 Jun 2021 at Army Helipad Ground, Kargil. Date and 

venue of the Recruitment Rally are tentative and might be changed. Candidates who have 

already 

registered himself in recruiting year 2020-21 need to register again as the previous notification 

has been cancelled due to COVID-19.


    IMPORTANT DATES 

 Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 25 Apr 2021 to 08 Jun 2021. Admit cards for rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 09 Jun 2021 to 22 Jun 2021. Gates will be open at 0500 hours and will be closed by 0700 hours on each day. 2. Candidates will be screened for following Categories as per the Qualitative Requirements (QR) mentioned below (Categories are being screened only as mentioned in notification). The weight standards will be as per the latest medical policy issued vide IHQ of MoD(Army), Dte Gen of Med Service (DGMS) S No 76060/DGMS-5A dated Mar 2020 (attached as Appendix A) and candidates not meeting the required standards will be rejected :-

 10 + 2/Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Education Certificates issued by Education Boards affiliated to/Listed by COBSE, AICTE, CBSE and NIOS only will be considered. NIOS certificate duly authenticated by District Education Officer (DEO) will be accepted. 2. Candidates for Soldier Tradesman category to register in only one of the trades as mentioned above and will be considered for recruitment in that particular trade only. (c) Between 9000 feet to 12000 feet-Will be added 120 Seconds. 8 27 7 21 6 16 Physical Measurement (At Rally Site) Physical measurements will be carried out as per the Physical Standards listed at Para 2 above. Medical Test (a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally Site. (b) Unfit candidates will be referred to Military Hospital (MH)/Command Hospital (CH)/Base Hospital (BH) for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/CH/BH on 5th day from the date of generation of medical review barring Sunday/closed holiday and report back to Army Recruiting Office for issue of Admit Card for CEE, in case of declared FIT. Decision of the Army Medical Authorities will be final. Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE) (a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Cards. (b) Admit Card for the CEE for the rally fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself. (c) Admit Card for the CEE for the review fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist/specialist at Military Hospital (MH)/Command Hospital (CH)/Base Hospital (BH). (d) Admit Card for the CEE for Relaxation candidates (i.e. Relationship/Sports/NCC) will be issued after verification of the documents from concerned authorities. 4. Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site. If any candidate do not produce documents as per format mentioned below on the day of screening, he will be REJECTED :- 



HOW TO DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD AND REQUIRE DOCUMENTS :



(a) Admit Card. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size). (b) Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised/photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. (c) Education Certificates. (i) Education Certificates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidates i.e Matric/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognised School/College/ Board/University. (ii) Degree holder candidate will produce Provisional/Original Degree issued by University. (iii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University. (iv) Candidates with Matric Certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO. (v) Candidates Applying for Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 8th Pass. 8 th Class pass mark sheet and transfer certificate issued by school should be countersigned by District Inspector of School/ District Education Officer. 4 (d) Domicile Certificate. Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate. (e) Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate. (f) Religion Certificate. Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM (If religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate). (g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster, where the candidate last studied/is presently studying. (h) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph duly clearly mentioned “This certificate is valid for Government Job” issued by under mentioned authority within last six months from the date of candidate being screened (for example if the candidate is being screened on 24 Jun 2021, his character certificate must be issued on 24 Dec 2020 or later) :- (i) Village Sarpanch (Format attached as per Appendix „B‟). (ii) Superintendent of Police (Format attached as per Appendix „C‟). (j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months. Format attached as per Appendix „D‟. (k) No Claim Certificate. No Claim Certificate with photograph duly signed by Self and Father/Mother/Guardian and countersigned by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Commissioner/ District Administration within last six months (Candidate will be appearing in rally at own will and risk and no claim for any injury or loss sustained during the rally will be entertained). Format attached as per Appendix „E‟. (l) Relationship Certificate. Sons of Servicemen (SOS)/Ex-Servicemen (SOEX)/War Widows (SOWW)/Widows of Ex-Servicemen, candidates are required to produce the following documents :- (i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. In addition the candidate will also submit an affidavit duly affixed with joint photograph stating the relationship affirmed before a 1st Class Judicial Magistrate or notary. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix „F‟. (ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees NonJudicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix „G‟. (iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it. 5 (m) NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. However, the candidate has to produce the original certificate well before CEE (Common Entrance Exam) to enable verification of the original certificate. (n) Sports Certificate. (i) The Sport certificates issued by authorised sports federations are valid for three years from the issue date to as on the date candidate is being screened (for example if the candidate is being screened on 24 Jun 2021, his Sports Certificate should have been issued on 24 Jun 2018 or later). Sports certificate will be verified from the concerned authorities. For list of sports under which, relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website. (ii) Sports persons are given bonus marks commensurate to their level of participation in sports competitions are given below :- Level Marks Authorised Sports Federation for Issue of Sports certificate Category Represented India at the International Level. 20 Accredited Sports Federation of India of respective sport that has fielded the individual/ team to represent India. For all trades as per para 2 of Rally Notification Represented State at the Senior/Junior National level and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto eighth position in Team event. 15 National Sports Federation of the respective sports as recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. Represented College/ University in Inter University Championship and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto sixth position in the Team event. 10 Inter University Sports Board. Represented State at National Level in Khelo India Games and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto sixth position in the team event. 10 National Sports Federation of the respective Sports/Sports Authority of India as recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Represented District at the State Level and have won any medal in individual event or have reached upto fourth position in the Team event. 05 Respective State Sports Federation as recognized by State Sports Ministry. Represented the State school team in the events organised by All India School Games Federation and have won any medal in individual event or upto sixth position in the Team event. 05 All India School Games Federation. 6 (o) Affidavit. An affidavit duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen attached to this notification duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate. Format of affidavit is attached as per Appendix „G‟. (p) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme. (q) Full postal address to include Post Office, Police Station and PIN Code to be mentioned in the affidavit. 5. Precautionary Anti COVID Measures and Requisite Documents at Rally Site. (a) Candidates will have Aarogya Setu Application installed in their phones prior to leaving home station for rally. Screen shot of having green status on the said application will be taken prior to leaving and the same will be checked on the cell phone of the candidate at the rally site. (b) Candidates will preferably not travel from any containment Zones. (c) Candidates are advised to carry adequate personal face masks, hand gloves, hand Sanitizer and water bottle for the rally. (d) Candidates having any symptoms related to COVID-19 are advised not to move from his home station. (e) Candidate will be returned back if symptoms like fever, cold, cough & running nose are detected at the rally site. (f) COVID-19 Free/Asymptomatic Certificate. All candidates attending the rally will undergo a mandatory health check at a Government Hospital 48 hours before the date of screening in the rally and will get a certificate stating that the individual is not suffering from COVID-19. Format of medical certificate attached as per Appendix „H‟. (g) No Risk Certificate. At the rally venue, the candidate should also bring no risk certificate duly signed by him and countersigned by parents/Guardian. Format of no risk certificate attached as per Appendix „J‟. (h) COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. All the candidates attending the rally who have been vaccinated of all doses of COVID-19 Vaccine and should get golden card/concerned documents/certificate “It is certified that Mr ______________ S/o ________________has been vaccinated all doses of COVID-19 vaccine on date ____ 2021” duly signed by the Doctor of Government Hospital. (j) DO‟s and DON‟Ts while in recruitment rally: - (i) Wear mask at all the time and before putting on mask, clean with soap and water. Replace mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single use mask. (ii) Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water during verification of documents and prior to appearing for the tests. The same will be available at site. (iii) Maintain social distancing as per government orders amongst each other. Don’t touch your body parts on any surface unnecessarily. 7 (iv) Maintain good respiratory hygiene i.e. cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper during cough or sneeze. Then dispose-off the used tissue immediately in the covered dustbin and wash your hand with soap and water. (v) Inform and seek immediate medical attention in case of fever, cough and difficulty in breathing. Important Instructions 6. Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since recruitment is a time consuming process. 7. Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police. 8. Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerised and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage. 9. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified. 10. Giving/taking bribe, production of bogus/fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law. 11. Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted. 12. All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered. 13. No compensation for Death/injury/loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance/dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. 14. Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned. Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening. 15. Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. 16. Footwear. 1.6 Kms Run will take place on Road/Hard Surface. All candidates are advised to use suitable footwear (shoes) for 1.6 Kms Run and practice accordingly for the Rally. 17. If there is 180 days or more lapses between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be conducted again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited. 8 18. Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are despatched for training. 19. Mobile phones are not permitted in the rally site and at the time of CEE, if any candidate is found with mobile phone in rally ground, the mobile phone will be confiscated and candidate will be handed over to police. 20. Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally. 21. Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements. 22. Negative marking would be applicable in CEE. 23. Result of written examination will be declared on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of candidate to check his result and report to ARO Srinagar on third and fourth day after declaration of results for further documentation. 24.
